A hint of wheat malt flavored with orange peel, coriander, and clover honey make this a light and refreshing everyday beer.

Similiar to its name sake from Alonse Danse Colinda this beer is light and refreshing with a hint of sweetness from flaked corn and a subtle hop flavor and aroma. Golden in color with a dense white head.

JO LEE BLONDE (BJCP 18A)
The crisp and clean pale malt flavor with a hint of hops paired with the light golden color with a dense white head make this beer the perfect pairing with nearly everything you could put in your mouth.

BULLFROG BROWN ALE (BJCP 13B)
This brown ale has a mildly nutty character, gentle sweetness and low bitterness making it a delightful “sipping” beer!

CLOVIS CRAWFISH KLÖSH (BJCP 5B)
Brewed with German Pilsner malt, this light straw colored, lower alcohol beer has a dry finish which, when coupled with its higher carbonation, results in its refreshing, eminently drinkable quality. A great session beer!

LAGNIAPPE SCOTCH ALE (BJCP 14B)
Lagniappe (Lawn-yop) means "a little something extra" and this richly malty, dark ruby brown ale does indeed have a little something extra. This style originated in Scotland where hops for bittering were used sparingly since hops were an English product and the tensions between the Scottish and English were high. This higher alcohol beer is characteristically lightly hopped resulting in a caramel sweetness with a roasted malt almost smoky aroma

DOUX C'EST IPA (BJCP 12C)
Doux c'est ( Do-Say) means sweet and this deep amber colored brew is named for its pronounced malty sweetness and hints of caramel. These flavors coupled with a generous addition of earthy flavored East Kent Goldings hops gives this traditional English IPA a subtle sweet flavor.

Black Bayou's dark Lager is a strong, rich, dark brown brew with low hop bitterness and a subtle roasted malt flavor. A Fais do do is a dance party Its higher alcohol content makes it smooth and warming going down.
